The mid-credits scene reveals that the person behind this surveillance is none other than Angstrom Levy, who has miraculously survived. However, his face now bears a massive scar, hinting at the intense battle he endured.
The scene then shifts to a mysterious lair, where an army of alternate Mark Graysons from different universes surrounds Levy. Just before the credits start rolling again, Levy gets up from his seat in his secret lair and says, “This will do,” hinting that he has once more concocted nefarious plans to implement against Mark.
The surprising appearance of Levy is bound to catch the fans off guard. However, those who have read the namesake comic book series, co-created by Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, likely knew that this character might return at some point.
