For two seasons, Return to Amish fans watched the evolution of Rosanna Miller. She was best friends with Maureen Byler and was very new to the English world. They headed to Florida, no licenses to their names, and had the best time. Of course, Rosanna had a panic attack the first night at the thought of being away from her life and family. Fortunately, she had an incredible support system, and that kept her in Florida. When she came back for her second season, she brought her boyfriend, Johnny, with her. That was not a good idea given that they were breaking Amish code.

As the season ended, she revealed that she was pregnant and she and Johnny wanted to get married. That was a struggle for them, but they welcomed a very happy and healthy baby girl. Rosanna and Johnny have since gotten engaged and welcomed a second child, but has she since passed? A fan was looking up Rosanna online, hoping to get some information. This is what they found:
So I looked up a where are they now but couldn’t find anything on the internet because they aren’t active on social media. When I went to chat gpt it said that Rosanna Miller died in March 2025. But then the article said her last name is not Miller but all the details are the same. The person who did this is Amish but I know there are many Amish people with the same name.
This was clearly scary for the Return to Amish fan, especially since it claimed that Rosanna was murdered.

So, is she dead? No, she is alive and well, per her fiancé, who came out to refute the story.
Fans React To The Scary Moment
After Return to Amish fans read about the possible murder of Rosanna Miller, did they believe it? More so, were they scared for her and her family? When it stated that she was killed in Ohio, that was a giveaway that it was likely not her. Regardless, it was a shocker for those who saw the post and had not seen or heard from her for some time:
