Kimbrough, 62, of Bennet Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 11:45 a.m. He will appear in court June 25.Freddy Elys Hidalgo, 22, of Lasile Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 1:03 p.m. He will appear in court June 25.Heidi M. Crowley, 40, of Whiting Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:45 a.m. She was to apepar in court June 11.June 12Dustin Franklin Ryan, 29, of Orient Street, Watertown, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court June 13.Pawel Rembiszewski, 31, of Davis Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft; third-degree burglary; illegal taking of a payment card; and spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card at 9:41 a.m. He was to appear in court June 12.Farhana Sadikbaba Rana, 34, of South Main Street, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child; disorderly conduct; and third-degree assault at 8:40 p.m. He was to appear in court June 13.Rachel Meagan Kuhr, 25, of Berlin Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8 a.m. She was to appear in court June 13.Richard H. Evans Bryan, 36, of Woodin Street, Hamden, was charged with reckless driving; risk of injury to a child; second-degree breach of peace; criminal violation of a restraining order; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 8 a.m. He was to appear in court June 14.June 15Jessica L. Tully, 39, of Pearl Street, Middletown, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements; third-degree criminal mischief; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and disorderly conduct at 12:53 a.m. She will appear in court June 28.Tyler A.
