Love Island star Malin Andersson has confirmed her split from Jim Sundgren just months after going public.
The star appeared in the second series of the reality show back in 2016, eventually being dumped from the villa on the 25th day.
The star announced in August that she had begun a new relationship with Jim, but confirmed on Thursday (November 21) on Instagram Stories (via The Sun) that they had decided to part ways.

“For those messaging me about my relationship status I’m absolutely single as I promised myself I would NEVER settle,” she said. “I truly know what I deserve and want in a man. I see what should be me as a 32 [year-old] and feel like I need to rush into something for society’s sake, but I will never as I love every inch of myself to be alone for now.”
The break-up comes after Malin had described Jim as “the soul that [her] soul was looking for all along”, adding: “I just had to go inwards and be content with being alone.. and then I found him. A healer within himself, done the work and found me too. It's funny how life works out in the way it's meant to.
“Guiding us towards what is – after so much pain and suffering and having a longing for real love. All I had to do was love myself first. I hope this gives you hope if you're reading this after following my journey. I can't wait to talk about this more. He has quite a story too.”

Malin isn’t the only Love Island star to announce a break-up in recent weeks, with Kady McDermott – who has appeared on both the second and tenth series’ – confirming her split from Henry Simmons earlier this month.
“If any of you see me with a man again, just know I was held hostage because I am honestly done with them all,” she said. “No matter how good you are to someone, you can't change their bad morals, unfortunately. Onwards and upwards.”
