Four official visits set for On300 TE Chase Loftin
Omaha (Neb.) Millard South On300 tight end Chase Loftin will kickoff his official visit schedule this weekend.
The blue-chipper tells On3 he’ll get things rolling at Missouri. The Tigers offered back in June of 2023.
Following Missouri, Loftin will return to Florida State the weekend of June 7.
“There are a lot of things that excite me about Florida State,” Loftin recently said. “To start they have a great program going 13-1 last year. They utilize tight ends sending some to the NFL.
“The Noles also have a great fan base and even better coaches. Coach (Mike) Norvell is on of my favorite head coaches along with Coach (Chris) Thomsen the tight ends coach!”
Texas A&M is set for June 14. Loftin was in College Station at the end of March.
“I really appreciate all the coaches and are some of the best relationships I have built with a staff,” Loftin said after his time with the Aggies. “Also love the stadium and all that A&M represents.”
Loftin has been to in-state Nebraska many times and the Huskers are set for the final official the weekend of June 21.
Loftin was last in Lincoln for the Huskers spring game.
“It could be a great potential fit with the quarterbacks they have and the great relationships I have with the coaches. I also think their offense will be a great fit for tight ends,” Loftin said.
On3 tabs Loftin as the No. 1 recruit in Nebraska, the nation’s No. 15 tight end and No. 256 prospect overall.
