Everyday Host Short TV Anime Series Reveals New Trailer & Theme Song, Airs April 4

A new PV trailer has been revealed for the upcoming Everyday Host short TV anime series, which will begin broadcasting in Japan on April 4, 2025. The series will air for two consecutive cours.
The new trailer highlights the anime’s theme song “Everyday HOST CLUB” performed by the EvHos Players, which consists of the four main cast members. Sho Kiryuin, of the visual kei rock band Golden Bomber, is credited with the song’s lyrics and composition. He is also credited with the song’s arrangement with tatsuo.
Rarecho (Aggretsuko) is directing and writing the script, with FANWORKS handling the animation production.
Meanwhile, the short anime’s main voice cast stars:
• Hiro Shimono as Koichi
• Taku Yashiro as Hajime
• Tasuku Hatanaka as Ryoichi
• Nobuhiko Okamoto as Senichi
The anime is based on the surreal gag comedy manga by Nimo Goto, which was first launched on Goto’s personal website, before being serialized on pixiv and Niconico Seiga from July 26, 2020 to October 27, 2022. Kadokawa Shoten acquired the series and published five digital volumes under the Asuka Comics DX imprint as of December 2024.

Everyday Host follows the everyday life of former businessman Sekiguchi, who changes careers to become a host at “Club One” after getting sick. He joins an eccentric cast of co-workers that consists of a younger-brother-looking host with over 20 years of work experience, a former idol, a tough-looking host obsessed with social games, and many more strange people.
