Guilford School District Among Top 30 In CT, New Ranking Says
GUILFORD, CT — Guilford Public Schools has been ranked as the 27th best school district in Connecticut in Niche’s 2025 Best Schools and Districts rankings released this week.Guilford was among 135 Connecticut school districts that earned a mention in Niche’s ranking of more than 11,000 school districts nationwide.Niche gave the Guilford Public Schools a letter grade of A this year. Grades in specific categories were:Academics: A+Teachers: AClubs and activities: A-Sports: AResources and facilities: A-Diversity: CCollege prep: AAdministration: C+Food: A-The school district has 3,155 students in grades PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 12 to 1.
