Ryzen 9000X3D CPU details leak

AMD is gearing up to launch its first Zen 5-based desktop CPUs later this month. As far as we know, the first batch of processors will only consist of the Ryzen 9000 series, which is known to have the same core count as their Ryzen 7000 equivalents. The Ryzen 9000X3D processors are expected to come a few months later, and according to the latest reports, it'll have the same 3D V-Cache size as the Ryzen 7000X3D counterparts.
Rumours initially suggested that AMD might increase the 3D V-Cache size on the upcoming Ryzen 9000X3D series. However, a recent report from Wccftech now claims that AMD will not alter the cache capacity. It is also claimed that the upcoming Ryzen 9000X3D series will feature three SKUs: the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the Ryzen 9 9900X3D, and the Ryzen 9 9950X3D.

Users can expect a maximum of 144MB of cache on these processors. Assuming AMD keeps the cache configuration the same, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D will have 32MB per CCD (64MB L3), 64MB of 3D V-Cache, 16MB of L2 cache, and 1MB of L1 cache. Then, there's the Ryzen 9 9900X3D, also packing 32MB Per CCD (64MB L3) and 64MB of 3D V-Cache but only packing 12MB of L2 cache and 768KB of L1 cache. Lastly, the single-CCD Ryzen 7 9800X3D has 32MB of L3 cache, 64MB of 3D V-Cache, 8MB of L2 cache, and 512KB of L1 cache.
The AMD Ryzen 9000 series is scheduled to be released later this month. The latest rumours point to a September release for the X3D variants, but AMD hasn't confirmed it yet.
