A POWERBALL player is sitting on a massive $250,000 ticket that hasn’t been chased in – but their identity is still unknown.
An American is inches away from claiming their huge jackpot after purchasing the winning ticket from a Kroger store, but time is running out.

The winning ticket from March 11, 2024 was sold in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, per Michigan Lottery Connect.
This player managed to match the four white balls and the Powerball drawn: 01-03-07-16-66 with a Powerball number of 05.
With the white balls, the lucky winner grabbed $50,000, but this was multiplied by the power play to a whopping $250,000.
The power play option multiplies non-jackpot prizes by up to 10 times.
As is standard with Powerball games, the player only has one year to claim their prize, which means that the window is rapidly closing.
The winner should contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to schedule an appointment to collect the big prize.
The prize must be claimed at the Lottery’s headquarters in Lansing by 4.45pm on March 11, 2025.
Powerball tickets can be purchased for $2 each at Lottery retailers across the state and online at MichiganLottery.com.
Drawings for the Powerball take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

For the price of a $2 ticket from a department store in Davenport, Iowa, one lucky player has won a huge cash sum.
The winner bought their ticket ahead of the draw on March 1.
The player won because they matched the four white balls and the Powerball, as per the CBS affiliate WHBF-TV.
In Iowa, players have 180 days from the date of the draw to come forward.
