Weather Alert: Heat Advisory Inland This Afternoon
WEATHER ALERT: Heat Advisory this afternoon for inland areas. Feels like temperatures will be in the upper 90s again today away from the coastline. Please stay hydrated and take frequent breaks if working outside.
Another day of very humid conditions here in Southern New England. There's really no relief from the humidity on the way...at least until early next week.
The Heat Advisory will continue into the evening. Feels like temps will get into the upper 90s away from the south coast. Also, the Heat Advisory has been extended into Wednesday.
TODAY
Temperatures will top out in the upper 80s inland this afternoon with very high humidity. Dew points will be in the upper 60s to mid 70s across the region.

At the beaches today, it won't be as warm, but still very humid. Coastal fog will give way to some partial sunshine during the afternoon.

Today will be dry in our area, but during the evening, around sunset, there's the slight chance for an isolated shower/t'storm making it down to extreme northern Rhode Island.
TONIGHT
Very warm and muggy again tonight with lows in the low 70s. Areas of fog will likely develop once again.
TOMORROW
We're expecting more in the way of clouds for Wednesday, and with that some slightly cooler temperatures. Morning clouds and fog will give way to some afternoon breaks of sun. Highs inland Wednesday afternoon should be in the mid to upper 80s, cooler near the coast.
