Donald Trump Suffers Legal Blow in E. Jean Carroll Case

President Donald Trump has lost his bid to have a federal appeals court overturn the $5 million verdict awarded to E. Jean Carroll, after a jury concluded he sexually abused and defamed the former magazine columnist.
On Friday, a divided panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan declined to revisit its December 30 ruling that upheld the jury's decision.
