WESTBROOK, CT — A multi-vehicle crash on I-95 northbound was reported Wednesday morning in Westbrook, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.The accident led to nearly 3 miles of congestion between exits 62 and 64.The crash was reported at 7:39 a.m. As of 8:30 a.m., only one lane was reportedly open on the northbound side of the highway.
