But she’s made the money back in spades, earning a reported £1m by using her huge bust as a makeshift shelf.
Yvonne gets paid to balance coffee cups, candles and even bananas on her ample bosom.
“My fans can be very imaginative,” said the model, who has three million followers on her Instagram page @yvonne_bar_ .
“I get hundreds of DMs asking me to balance items on my breasts for money – they’re like a shelf.
“They’re so big I can’t see my toes but they work perfectly to store coffee cups and candles.
“I find a lot of the requests quite fun – it’s quite impressive what I can balance on my chest.
“I’m open to pretty much anything.
“My boobs cost me a lot of money but they are an amazing investment that has paid itself back in spades.”
Yvonne, who is from Germany but now lives in Dubai, originally set out to have the world’s biggest breasts.
Growing up with a tall and slim build, she always dreamed of having a curvy figure.
Four boob jobs later – plus a BBL and nose job – and the 30-year-old is finally in love with her look.
Yvonne said: “My look, and in particular my breasts, make me around £1m a year, it’s my main source of income.
“I’m pretty content with the size they’re at now, each one weighs around 2.2lbs.
“When I’m not working and out and about I’ll rest them on the table – it’s a weight off my shoulders.
5 clothing mistakes women with big boobs make
Do you have DD+ boobs and struggle to find clothes that fit?
Fabulous’ Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend has shared her top tips on clothes to avoid if you have a big bust.
1. Say no to the polo
High necklines such a roll necks are to be avoided if you have a fuller bust. Closed chests and necks make your boobs appear bigger and can sometimes give you the dreaded uni-boob.
Try wearing V-necks, sweetheart, off the shoulder or scooped necklines that elongate the look of your neck and decolletage.
2. Bigger isn’t better
Frills, draping and excess fabric to cover your boobs only makes them look bigger. They make you look too top heavy and add unnecessary bulk on your top half which distracts from your face.
Instead keep things clean and simple with sleek fabrics and designs with open necklines.
3. Skip slogan tees
Slogan or printed T-shirts are having a moment with fashion fans falling over themselves to get Ganni Tees, or their high street dupes.
The key is to make sure you’re not buying a top with thick, heavy paint plastered on as the print. These will stretch over your fuller chests and split, resulting in a messy look and a ruined T-shirt that’s now a waste of money.
4. Avoid crop tops
Tops that are shorter in length or crop tops should be swerved if you had a big chest. You’ll find you spend most of your time pulling it down and also it messes with the proportions of your body.
If you have a big bust and a crop top on, they cut you off in the middle, which makes your bust look even bigger and in worse cases give the illusion that your chest meets your waist.
A longer top (including anything from a T-shirt to a jumper) will create the right proportions.
5. Body-wrong
Straight or tight fitted dresses are brilliant at showing off your figure. However if you have a big bust that isn’t in proportion with the rest of your shape they’re a no-go.
If you have a fuller bust you can create balance and a defined hourglass silhouette by wearing A-line dresses or skirts.
“I catch so many people staring at my chest, both me and women.”
But it’s not all fun and games.
Despite loving her look, the 5ft 10in adult content creator struggles to find clothes and often has to deal with unwanted comments from strangers.
While her shape is celebrated online and in Dubai, she claims people in her hometown Frankfurt often ridicule her for the way she looks.
It doesn’t matter if I cover up, whatever I wear will look sexy because of my figure

And everyday activities can also be hard for Yvonne, such as doing certain exercises at the gym.
She said: “Some people stare at me like my body is upsetting to them.
“Especially back home, strangers tell me how much they dislike my boobs.
“It’s crazy to me that Dubai is so much more accepting – people here are just interested in them.

“Finding clothes is a struggle though.
“It doesn’t matter if I cover up, whatever I wear will look sexy because of my figure.
“It’s not always my intention and it can get very annoying.
“The gym is the worst for it, many girls now like to workout in these small tops – that is not an option for me.
“I can’t run or jump in the gym either, but I make up for it with other exercises.”
As for having more surgery in the future, Yvonne is happy being an H cup for now but never say never.
She added: “I love my body but I’m not sure I’m done just yet.
“There’s room for improvement – but we’ll see.”
