Oshi no Ko Season 2 episode 1, “Tokyo Blade,” begins with introducing several characters in the Tokyo Blade stage play. Following this, the episode shifts focus to Aqua Hoshino and Akane Kurokawa rehearsing their scenes as Touki and Princess Saya.
The installment then shows Ruby standing at her mother Ai Hoshino’s grave, telling her about her journey as a B-Komachi idol. She also talks about Aqua’s new girlfriend, Akane, whom he is dating for work’s sake.
Back to rehearsals, Taiki Himekawa is introduced along with his astounding acting skills, which help Kana Arima unleash her best performance. Additionally, Akane discusses the insignificant presence of her character in the play with the director, but to no avail.
Finally, the episode concludes with Tokyo Blade’s author interrupting the rehearsals. She praises the actors but demands everything in the script be changed, leaving everyone shocked.
