‘Where is RFK Jr?’ fans cry after presidential hopeful hosts ‘rival’ debate answering same questions as Biden and Trump
MILLIONS tuned in to watch Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. react to the debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
Called “The Real Debate,” Kennedy shared a live stream of the Biden-Trump showdown, giving his own responses in real-time.

Kennedy was excluded from the debate after CNN determined he didn’t meet the required criteria.
However, he and his team argued that former President Trump and President Biden aren’t on any official ballots since the Republican National Convention and the Democratic National Convention haven’t taken place.
His live stream amassed hundreds of thousands of viewers, according to initial reports.
“My biggest complaint for this debate,” wrote one person. “Where the f**k is RFK Jr.???????”
“This is the debate every American should be watching tonight,” wrote another person.
A third wrote, “Your exclusion speaks volumes.”
Kennedy, who spoke in front of a live audience, streamed his debate on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The Biden-Trump debate was aired on a big screen as Kennedy stood next to it onstage.
“We all know what to expect from Presidents Biden and Trump on CNN’s debate stage tonight,” Kennedy tweeted before the debate.
“Arguments, name-calling, accusations, and culture war issues– but no debate on most of the subjects that matter to Americans.
“That’s because Trump and Biden aren’t so different when it comes down to it. Both represent corporations, private equity firms, pharma, and the military-industrial complex – the interests of which determine what they can talk about.”
His campaign filed a complaint last month with the Federal Election Commission accusing CNN, Biden, Trump, and their campaigns of violating federal election law.
CNN is making prohibited corporate contributions to both campaigns and the Biden committee and the Trump committee have accepted these prohibited corporate contributions,” read the complaint.
John Stossel, who has previously worked for ABC News and Fox News, shared on Thursday that he is moderating the “alternate debate.”
To attend a debate, a candidate must appear on a substantial number of state ballots to reach the 270 electoral college votes needed to win the presidency, according to CNN.
A candidate must also receive at least 15% in four major national polls by June 20 – Kennedy has met neither of these requirements.
“By demanding our campaign meet different criteria to participate in the debate than Presidents Biden and Trump, CNN’s debate violates FEC law and is a large prohibited corporate contribution to both the Biden and Trump campaigns,” Kennedy argued.
Trump v Biden: the first 2024 debate
Donald Trump and Joe Biden will lock horns in Atlanta, Georgia, in the first debate of the 2024 presidential election cycle.
The debate kicks off at 9 pm EST on CNN and will air for 90 minutes.
There will be two commercial breaks but political strategists are banned from talking to the candidates during this time.
It will be moderated by CNN anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
Biden and Trump cannot rely on notes or cue cards as these have been banned.
But they are allowed a pen, paper, and water.
The candidates will have their microphones muted when they are not talking.
There will be no audience and it’s not known what topics will be on the agenda.

However, CNN has defended its rules.
“The law in virtually every state provides that the nominee of a state-recognized political party will be allowed ballot access without petitioning,” a CNN spokesperson told CBS News.
“As the presumptive nominees of their parties both Biden and Trump will satisfy this requirement. As an independent candidate, under applicable laws, RFK Jr. does not.
“The mere application for ballot access does not guarantee that he will appear on the ballot in any state. In addition, RFK, Jr. does not currently meet our polling criteria, which, like the other objective criteria, were set before issuing invitations to the debate.”
