2 Killed In Blaine After Motorcycle Collides With Sedan
BLAINE, MN — Two people are dead after a motorcycle crashed into a car in Blaine on Tuesday.Just before 9 p.m., authorities responded to the crash near Oak Park Boulevard Northeast and 125th Avenue Northeast.According to investigators, a sedan driving eastbound on 125th Avenue was trying to turn northbound onto Polk Street when they collided with a motorcycle traveling westbound on 125th Avenue.The motorcycle driver — Jeffrey Thomas Loehr, 52, of Blaine — was found dead at the scene.The motorcycle passenger — Tanya Renee Loehr, 51, of Blaine — was transported to a local hospital where she was declared deceased.The sedan driver was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
