Domestic Dispute Leads To Felony Burglary Charges: NY State Troopers
CORTLANDT, NY — A call about a domestic dispute ended with a Peekskill man facing felony burglary charges. On June 18, the New York State Police were called to a home in the town of Cortlandt for a domestic dispute. Investigators said that a 37-year-old man, who troopers were told was unwelcome at the residence (which was not his own), had entered an outbuilding attempting to steal property.On June 20, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Kevin M. Powell for felony third degree burglary.
