Teen Nabbed For Fatal Shooting Outside NYC McDonald's: NYPD
QUEENS, NY — A 18-year-old boy has been charged in connection to fatally shooting another 18-year-old outside a McDonald's last week, police announced. Rayvon Philip is facing second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges, police said. Last Friday, Phillip is accused of shooting Akim Cisse in the head following an argument outside the restaurant at 221-12 South Conduit Avenue, police said. The victim was to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition. The next day, on Sept. 28, Cisse succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, police said.
