Penn State wrestling legend Jason Nolf announces retirement: Newsstand

We start with ness from the wrestling world. Multi-time NCAA champ Jason Nolf is retiring.
“I’m officially retiring from wrestling! Thank you all for your support over the years. I hope you have enjoyed,” Nolf wrote on Twitter.
Flo Wrestling has more on what’s next for the standout.
“Jason Nolf also shared that he will be moving to Austin, Texas to focus on growing his business, training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and starting a wrestling club,” Jon Kozak writes. “Nolf will be moving in September and then starting his club out of Round Rock High School in October. Nolf has been training bjj more frequently over the past few years and made his pro-grappling debut in June before competing at the CJI this past month. The greater Austin area is a jiu-jitsu hub with several world-class gyms throughout the city. 
“Jason Nolf ends his wrestling career as one of the most decorated college wrestlers ever. Nolf started at Penn State at 157 pounds from 2016-2019 and was a four-time NCAA Finalist, winning NCAA Titles in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Nolf was also a two-time Big Ten champion and finished his college career with a 117-4 record. Beyond that, Nolf is the current career falls leader at Penn State with 60 total pins during his college career. Nolf had one of the most dominant college careers of all time and was one of the most entertaining wrestlers to watch compete. Nolf also had a successful senior-level career and will retire ranked #6 in the world at 74 kg.”
