The actor also joked that he might lose the role to The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal, who is set to make his MCU debut with the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. “Will I be mad when Pedro Pascal gets it? Yeah. God bless you, Pedro,” he said before adding, “You just keep killing it, buddy. Let me know when you pass on something.”
As of now, Gunn has confirmed that the casting for The Brave and the Bold leading stars has not started yet. While the film does not have a specific release date yet, it is unlikely to premiere in theaters before 2026.
