Lisle Man Charged In Gun Incident At Whirlyball In Naperville

LISLE, IL — A Lisle man faces multiple felony charges after police say he had a gun in his possession without a valid FOID card or a concealed carry license while in the parking lot of Whirlyball in Naperville. Jihad Yousef Yamin, 23, of the 5700 block of College Road, was charged with three counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, driving with a revoked or suspended license and improper license plate display in connection with the Feb. 11 incident. Yamin was taken into custody just before 8 p.m. and was later granted pretrial release, according to DuPage County court and Naperville Police Department records. Yamin was among three people arrested on gun charges in the 3100 block of Odyssey Court in just one month.
