Hong Kong-listed China Renaissance Signs MoU to Invest $100M in BNB Ecosystem
China Renaissance Holdings Limited has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Yzi Labs Management Ltd to accelerate the adoption of BNB and expand the BNB Chain ecosystem.

Strategic Partnership Formed
China Renaissance Holdings Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yzi Labs Management Ltd aimed at accelerating the adoption of BNB and expanding the BNB Chain ecosystem through a series of collaborative initiatives.
The signing of the MoU follows China Renaissance’s June 2025 disclosure of its cryptocurrency asset investment plan. Under the MoU, the company will allocate approximately $100 million toward BNB assets, positioning itself as the first Hong Kong-listed firm to include BNB in its dedicated digital asset portfolio.
If it completes the transaction, China Renaissance will become the latest listed company to allocate BNB to its digital asset treasury. Others companies that have chosen the same digital asset include biotech firm Windtree Therapeutics which allocated $700 million and the Chinese tech firm Nano Labs which now holds 128,000 BNB tokens. Preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Liminatus Pharma and BNB Network Company have chosen BNB.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to integrating digital finance into our core business,” said Xu Yanjing, Chairman and Executive Director of China Renaissance. “By leveraging our financial expertise and YZi Labs’ ecosystem insights, we aim to unlock new investment opportunities and drive sustainable growth.”
According to the statement, China Renaissance will invest heavily in BNB, aiming to generate competitive returns and long-term engagement within the ecosystem. In collaboration with China Asset Management (Hong Kong) and other partners, the firm will develop fund-based products and promote BNB listings on licensed virtual asset exchanges in Hong Kong.
Furthermore, a multi-hundred-million-dollar Real-World Asset (RWA) fund will be established to support stablecoin and blockchain applications among Hong Kong-listed companies.
Yzi Labs will provide strategic consulting, ecosystem matchmaking, and promotional support to ensure the success of these initiatives. It will also help connect China Renaissance with key players in the Web3 space, including custodians, validators, and infrastructure providers.
The collaboration is designed to be mutually beneficial: China Renaissance will empower the BNB Chain ecosystem through its financial services, while gaining access to high-quality projects and investment opportunities within the blockchain space.
