Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director of Nestle India is stepping down from his position on July 31, 2025, Nestle said in a stock exchange filing on Monday. Manish Tiwary, Amazon's country head, will be acting as Nestle's managing director from August 1, 2025. Narayanan has been with Nestle for more than 26 years.Narayanan started his role as a managing director at Nestle India in 2015. He is credited with saving the company's iconic instant noodle brand when the safety authority FSSAI had called for a ban on the snack brand Maggi.About Manish Tiwary:With an experience of around three decades in the e-commerce and consumer goods sectors, Tiwary has been with Amazon India since 2016. Earlier, he was at Unilever for 20 years where he had positions in sales, marketing, and general management across a variety of categories & channels in India, the Gulf, and North Africa.Manish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, as well as a B. Tech in computer science. Currently, he is serving as the director at Amazon Digital Services Private Limited and More Consumer Brands Private Limited. He will retire from his role on October 30, 2024, the company's filing stated.
