Tensions were at an all-time high during tonight’s game between Boston and Indiana. With their season on the line, the Pacers took to the floor with high energy and also had a physical approach against the visiting team. And that led to a heated shoving match between Myles Turner and Jaylen Brown during the third quarter. However, after the Celtics were done sweeping the Pacers on their home court, Brown addressed the brawl with Turner postgame and humbled the veteran Center.
Despite being a year younger than Turner, Brown addressed him as a “kid” and said, “Myles is a good kid. Let’s start with that. Throughout the series, he loses control of his body a little bit…I was just letting him know, ‘Just watch it’… He feels like he’s at home, his family is watching. His girl is probably watching and he had to do something. I’ve known Myles a long time…It’s all love.”
