Priscila Cachoeira had fans raving after a highlight reel finish over Josiane Nunes at UFC Las Vegas 104 at the UFC Apex.
Cachoeira needed about half a round to score a brutal knockout in their bantamweight showdown during Saturday fight night prelims.
While circling the Octagon, Cachoeira began the closing sequence with a 1-2 combination that landed on her opponent's guard. As Nunes looked to fight back, Cachoeira threw a short right uppercut that found her opponent's jaw.
Nunes then fell face-first onto the canvas before Cachoeira threw three hammer fists for good measure. After the referee stepped in, Nunes' eyes were glaring at the ceiling as she breathed heavily, unconscious.
'Need a lot more of this in women’s mma,' one user wrote on X. 'What a beautiful uppercut.'
'Its always the boring cards on paper that deliver,' another said about the free card on ESPN+.

'The one card im not watching is the one with fire womens matches lol. Great KO,' a third chimed in.
A fourth added that Cachoeira 'Should've moved to bantamweight ages ago, now look at that, round 1 KO. Lets gooo.'
After the fight, Cachoeira praised her opponent's efforts and acknowledged her strength before the early finish.
'I was quite surprised about her power, she put on a lot of pressure, I definitely felt she was strong,' she said of Nunes. 'But I knew I had my chances. I also tried to connect with her on the counter and I knew that my uppercut was gonna be there.'
'It's something that my coach had told me. It was something I knew I was gonna have to use. Even though she was powerful and I felt it, I'm happy I got to knock her out.'
The 36-year-old Brazilian beamed in emotion and excitement as she returned to the win column following two straight losses. After entering the UFC with an 8-0 record, she has struggled in the promotion, losing six of her first ten fights in The Octagon.
With the victory, Zombie Girl moved to 13-6 with eight knockouts.
While breaking her losing streak, Cachoeira extended Nunes' to three defeats, moving her to 10-4 with her first knockout loss.
