One of the most shocking arrests that has happened in the 90 Day Fiance universe was the 18-year prison sentence of Varya Malina’s fiancé, Geoffrey Paschel. He was arrested for assault and kidnapping. Details surfaced that some of the things he did were grabbing his then-partner, Kristen Wilson Chapman, by her neck and slamming her against the wall, adding that he refused to let her leave their residence, resulting in kidnapping. Varya has been supportive of Geoffrey throughout his imprisonment. She believes in him and is hoping to reunite with him soon. However, it seems Varya couldn’t wait any longer, as she now gets into prison herself.

Some 90 Day Fiance fans on social media discussed the recent arrest of Varya Malina. According to the inmate roster file, Varya was charged with an offense code, “C99.” Several commenters pointed out that the C99. A C99 could be several things: In Tennessee, a Class C felony is a serious criminal offense, punishable by 3 to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Examples of Class C felonies include aggravated assault and theft of property valued between $2,500 and $10,000. Drug-related offenses such as possessing more than 0.5 grams but less than 10 grams of cocaine in Tennessee. It’s unclear how long she will be in jail. But others are already mocking Varya, saying that she and Geoffrey may actually become a couple to have a Love After Lockup story.
