Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) thinks he’s found a mate in the STC in Coronation Street, but that appears to be far from the case.
The young man met Brody as he settled into his stretch behind bars, who is played by Hollyoaks’ Ryan Mulvey.
In a scene that aired last night, Brody and Dylan got talking about where they went to school.
It was this moment in particular that sparked huge interest from fans of the soap, as they now believe Brody has a connection to two members of the Coronation Street community.
When Dylan confirmed that he went to school in Weatherfield, Brody announced that his parents had just moved there.
While Brody continued speaking, many people from the audience flocked to social media platform X to share their theory on who Brody’s mum and dad are.

And they appear to all be saying the same thing.
‘After tonight’s #corrie I am even more convinced that brody is Lou and Mick’s eldest son’, one user said last night.
Echoing this theory, this person wrote: ‘Brody telling Dylan his parents just moved to Weatherfield.. So these two are the parents then!’.
Amid this speculation, some fans believe Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) was responsible for putting Brody in the STC, following comments from producer Kate Brooks about him being connected to Lou and Mick (Farrel Hegarty and Joe Layton).

‘There is a link to Chesney [Winter-Brown] (Sam Aston) initially, but they are coming to stir up a lot of trouble, and open up the floodgates and unpack the past of one of our big characters, which is Kit’, Kate said, teasing what’s ahead with these new faces.
She added: ‘So, really interesting, wonderful and dynamic stuff that’s going to be fantastic. We’re really excited, they come in with oodles of drama. They are shaking things up. They’re neighbours from hell.
‘They’re overfamiliar, likeable and they’ve got kids. Initially they develop a friendship with Chesney and Gemma [Winter-Brown] (Dolly-Rose Campbell), but there are other things to unpack. I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of them – especially Mick!’.
