Another mysterious mirrored ‘alien’ monolith suddenly appears behind restaurant – no one has any idea how it got there
UFO enthusiasts claim another ‘alien’ monolith has popped up after hundreds of other sightings; the locals in the area are baffled.
Monoliths have long been connected to suspected life from outer space, explained to be communication towards or energy focalizers.

Since 2020, around 250 mysterious monoliths have been found, erected without notice, around the globe.
Most recently, residents in the town of Bellvue, Colorado, around 70 miles north of Denver, have been inundated by tourists wishing to see the “alien structure.”
Lori and Rob Graves own the land on which the monolith appeared, on a hill near the Howling Cow Cafe.
It stands 8 feet tall and 4 feet across, made of highly reflective metal mirroring a landscape of desert complete with cacti in the monolith’s face.
Not only was the structure put up overnight, but it is also bolted into a concrete slab, anchoring it to the Earth.
Since word has spread of the mystifying tower, they have had multiple people asking after the sight, visiting their establishment for information.
“It was Sunday morning when someone came into the cafe and said, ‘Where is the monolith? Where is the alien monolith?’” Lori told Fox 31.
In truth, the Graves are completely in the dark as to the origin of the monolith, and Lori intends to keep it that way.
“I have ideas, but I almost don’t want to ruin the mystery around it,” she said.
“I’m not going to ask people.”
Brooke Williams, manager at the Graves’ cafe, has also fielded many inquiries over the monolith.
“A woman and her husband came in and she was very excited,” told the Coloradoan.
“She was like, ‘Where is the alien structure?’ I looked at her, like, ‘What are you talking about?'”
The manager was baffled upon hearing the question, but eventually something “clicked.”
Maybe an artist trying to make a statement. Maybe aliens trying to enhance their communications. There’s been a lot of guesses.

“At first, I told her I didn’t know where it was, then it clicked in my head that’s what I saw that morning,” she said.
Williams had noticed the monolith on a walk that morning, not thinking twice about what it was until the customer brought it to her attention.
ALL IN FOR ALIENS
Despite Lori’s assertion that she will personally leave the mystery uninvestigated, she does have curiosities about the object’s beginnings and suspicions about its purpose.
“I would like to know the answer to that myself,” she said in reply to a question about the object’s origin.
“We noticed some tracks up the hill and a big structure on top of the hill. I find it quite fascinating.”
Lori did not describe what those tracks were in appearance, but she was open to all possibilities for the object’s intended purpose.
“Maybe an artist trying to make a statement. Maybe aliens trying to enhance their communications. There’s been a lot of guesses.”
She also noted that it could be someone who “wants [s] to create a little urban legend.”
At the very least, the monolith’s random construction is good for business, and the Howling Cow Cafe has weaved it into its marketing.
“Beam me up Scotty” reads the caption of a post on the cafe’s Instagram.
“‘What might this be?’ is the question of the week here at the cafe as many come in to ask about this mysterious structure,” the post continued.
“A monolith, sculpture, local artist or aliens… we don’t know?!”
After the monolith gained notoriety, the cafe began selling special “space-themed” drinks that will be available for all of July.
MONOLITHS OVER THE PAST 4 YEARS
COLORADO is not the only state to experience the random monolith phenomina.
In November 2020, a nearly 12-foot-tall monolith popped up in Red Rock County, marked as the first one to begin the trend of such structures rising randomly.
It was eventually removed, but more continued to be erected.
Another reflective structure was found off the Southern coast of England on the Isle of Wight in December 2020.
Then, four years later in March of 2024, another monolith popped up in Whales.
“It almost looks like a UFO,” said the man credited with discovering that monolith.
Interest in the monoliths has grown so much so, that a Monolith Tracker was created, documenting all the structures found since the first in 2020.
Since then, a monolith has been found on every continent, even Antarctica.
