Jason Kelce in major neighbor dispute with NFL legend at ‘war’ over building fourth home on $6 million property
JASON Kelce is at war over buildings at his home in Philadelphia.
The Eagles NFL icon lives in a suburb of the city in Haverford Township.

Kelce, 37, has shot to fame in the years since his retirement from football.
His newfound celebrity status is thanks to his media excursions with brother Travis and wife Kylie.
But that has also let to heightened security measures.
And Kelce is looking to add to his compound in Haverford Township.
The former NFL player appeared in front of the board last month to explain his building plans.
He wants to add a fourth house onto the family complex as well as build a fence to improve security.
“We want to be in this area, we like this area a lot,” Kelce said.
“Obviously, things for my family are quite unique with the security purposes.
“We’d like to just deter a little bit of the foot traffic coming in and out of the home.
“We were trying to put a fence that sufficiently (deters), but also appeals to the aesthetic of the area and that people would appreciate.”
Kelce’s plans also included leveling out sloped areas around his property.
But that led to concerns from neighbors that flooding would increase in the area.
The board approved Kelce’s plans, as long as storm water management is implemented to protect residents.
Kelce brought the first of his three homes in the area for $680,000 in 2018.
The four-bed house came with a three-car garage and a custom outdoor pool.

He brought an adjacent eight-acre property for $3.96 million in 2020, Realtor reported.
And the former NFL star added a third house for $1.35 million in 2023.
The three houses now form part of a 10-acre Kelce estate in the Philadelphia suburb.
Kelce wants to build a fourth home on the estate as part of the plans.
He and wife Kylie also own a $2.2 million beachfront property on Jersey Shore.
