NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — Steak lovers in Delaware County will soon have a new spot to satisfy their inner carnivore, as Ruth's Chris Steak House is set to open a Newtown Square location this month.Ruth's Chris will open March 31 at 3745 Equus Boulevard in Newtown Square's Ellis Preserve.The restaurant will be led by General Manager Michael Krywucki and Executive Chef Adam Iritsky."Our founder, Ruth Fertel, believed that dining at an upscale steak house should feel approachable for everyone," Krywucki said. "Our team is excited to welcome guests and introduce Newtown Square to the exceptional service and perfectly sizzling steaks Ruth’s Chris is known for."Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s menu offers a variety of premium steaks prepared using a patented broiling method.
