Tasha K is not backing down after Soulja Boy announced he’s suing her and William The Baddest for defamation, demanding a hefty $16 million. The YouTuber and podcaster now faces legal action from Soulja Boy, who claims that statements made on the “unWine with Tasha K” podcast about a supposed romantic relationship between him and William The Baddest are entirely false.
In response to the viral podcast clip, Soulja Boy vehemently denied the allegations. “On my life, God strike me down. Send me to hell right now,” he declared. “On my soul, on everything I love, that dude is lying. I could die right now today; God strike me down. I put it on my life.” He added, “We suing the fck out this ngga. She gonna have to pay me. I’m doing the research and putting it all together right now. Cease and desist and getting sued, all of it.”
Soulja Boy has officially filed the lawsuit, accusing Tasha K and William The Baddest of defamation, sexual harassment, violation of right to privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other claims.
Undeterred, Tasha K took to Instagram to respond to the lawsuit, boldly inviting process servers to meet her and her lawyer at her upcoming shows in Boston and New York City.
