CHICAGO — Authorities are offering a combined $85,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever killed retired Chicago police explosives technician Larry Neuman.Neuman was fatally shot around 11:30 a.m. Thursday while working in his yard in the 4300 block of West Monroe Street, according to Cook County Crime Stoppers.The 73-year-old was an ordained minister at St. Michael Missionary Baptist Church and had recently worked as a transportation security specialist in explosives for the Transportation Security Administration, according to WGN. He was also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam, the outlet reported, noting a prayer vigil and march in his memory were planned for Sunday.Police have released footage of two suspects, both young men who appear to be 16-21 years old and were wearing dark hoodies and Jordan shoes.
