Auburn’s coach, Hugh Freeze, is not afraid to talk big. He recently told ESPN that he should have beaten Nick Saban’s Alabama Crimson Tide four times by now. He just doubled down on those comments in a chat with Paul Finebaum. “Maybe this one will go viral too,” he started his talk jokingly. He added, “We had the opportunity to get 4 wins for sure, at third year….truthfully, I didn’t coach well enough.” But Freeze also said he’s not trying to disrespect Nick Saban or his staffers by any means. Freeze is just hungry for wins against his biggest rival.
