Local business owner says shop in Florida was hit by Hurricane Helene
SARASOTA, Fla. (WPRI) — The owner of a local business told 12 News that her other location in Florida has been hit hard by Hurricane Helene.
Rochelle's Boutique has stores in Newport, Westerly, Mystic, Connecticut, and Sarasota, Florida.
Her Florida store had its front window blown out and much of what was inside was destroyed.

She said they are working hard to salvage what they can and begin to rebuild.
In the meantime, she is encouraging people to shop at her stores in Southern New England, adding that the support will help her rebuild in Florida.
