Spencer Rattler trolls Oklahoma over disastrous start vs. South Carolina
New Orleans Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler is tuned in as his former teams South Carolina and Oklahoma are facing off Saturday in Norman.
The Gamecocks are off to a strong 21-0 start in the first quarter, which Rattler is clearly happy about.

Oklahoma turned the ball over on its first three possessions, including on the first play of the game as quarterback Michael Hawkins Jr. was picked off by Nick Emmanwori, leading to a South Carolina touchdown.
Hawkins was then sacked and fumbled, which the Gamecocks returned for a touchdown. On the next possession, Emmanwori picked off Hawkins for the second time and this time returned it for a score. Not long after, Spencer Rattler put out the tweet.

Spencer Rattler is a former five-star recruit who started his career at Oklahoma, before being replaced by Caleb Williams.
Rattler then transferred to South Carolina where he had an up-and-down career, before being drafted by the Saints.
Spencer Rattler threw for 3,186 and 19 touchdowns in 2023, overcoming poor offensive line play to still put up impressive numbers at South Carolina.
Rattler started in place of an injured Derek Carr the past two games for the Saints.
“This is something you work toward your whole life … I’m very fortunate to be in this position,” Rattler said ahead of his first start. “It sucks that Derek got hurt, a leader of our team, one of the best dudes in the building. But I have a job to do, gotta go out there and execute at a high level.”
Carr is expected to miss three to four weeks with his oblique injury, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.
Carr, 33, sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of the 26-13 Week 5 road defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs (5-0).
Carr, in his second season with the Saints after signing a four-year, $150 million deal in 2023, has thrown for 989 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions on 70.3% passing. The Saints had the league’s No. 1 ranked offense after the first two weeks but have cooled down significantly during their three-game losing streak.
