Rich Daiker fished the route 50 bridge today with live bunker and caught his limit of flounder up to an impressive 23.5". He also caught and released a small gag grouper.
Captain Dave Caffrey of On the Run had a couple of productive trips for his anglers today. This morning it flounder and this afternoon it was a 21" trout and more keeper flounder to 4.5 pounds.
Capitan Jason Mumford of Lucky Break had an angler catch this savage flounder that was feisty enough to eat a bait with no tail.
Anglers fishing on board the Tortuga out of Bahia Marina have had some good flounder fishing the past few trips with several keepers ending up in coolers along with lots of throwbacks.
Jeremy Kohr from Kohr Crabbing had another great night of catch and release rockfishing in the North Bay. He used the deadly Tackle thingamajig to release a bunch of fish in the lower 20 inch range.
