2 Norwalk Residents Face DUI, Driving Charges After Wilton Incidents

WILTON, CT — Wilton police nabbed two Norwalk residents on DUI and other driving offenses last week. Norwalk Man Taken Into Custody Following Wilton DUI InvestigationA Norwalk man was taken into custody Tuesday in connection with a December incident in which he was found asleep behind the wheel following a motor vehicle accident, authorities said.Gregory D. Dvorsky, 44, of Orchard Street, was detained around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 25 after police obtained a warrant related to the Dec. 11, 2024, incident. Investigators determined that Dvorsky had been involved in a crash in Wilton, striking another vehicle before leaving the scene.During the investigation, officers noted signs that Dvorsky was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A firearm was also found in his vehicle, police said. Later testing determined his blood alcohol content was 0.23, nearly three times the legal limit.Dvorsky faces multiple charges, including operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, reckless driving, evading responsibility, and illegal possession of a firearm while under the influence.He was released after posting a $55,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on March 7. Norwalk Woman Faces Multiple Motor Vehicle Charges Following Wilton Traffic StopWILTON, Conn. — A Norwalk woman was taken into custody early Wednesday after police said she was driving erratically and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.Wilton police stopped a gray Kia Spectra at approximately 2:04 a.m. on Feb. 28 after observing it speeding and to maintain its lane on Danbury Road.
