Deluded Biden breaks silence after bruising Trump debate & claims ‘I think we did well’ as he visits Waffle House
PRESIDENT Joe Biden bizarrely claimed that last night’s debate with Donald Trump went well.
The commander-in-chief made the remarks while making a stop at a Waffle House joint following the showdown in Atlanta, Georgia.

Biden staggered and stumbled throughout the 90-minute contest but defended his performance.
He bragged to reporters and diners at the joint that he did well.
Biden’s performance has been the subject of severe criticism.
Even top Democrats have taken Biden’s showing to task – with some even speculating that he should exit the presidential race.
CNN snap polling revealed Trump won the debate by a margin of around two to one – a clear reversal of the first debate between the pair four years on where the Republican tycoon was branded too hot.
The current president entered the busy diner with First Lady Jill Biden as many diners spoke to and laughed with the commander-in-chief.
Reporters inside Waffle House asked the president how he thought he performed during the showdown.
“I think we did well,” he responded.
The president walked past several diners and shook their hands as he exchanged pleasantries with them.
Biden then walked up to the cashier to collect his food.
“We got an order here, somewhere,” he said.
“Order for Biden,” Jill then said as she burst into laughter.
Reporters continued to question the president and asked him if he had any concerns over his performance, especially due to his seemingly hoarse voice.
The president took the opportunity to criticize his opponent as he claimed Trump had lied during the debate.
Expert Analysis - Impact of the debate
Measuring the Impact of the debate with an expert:
Southern Illinois University Associate Professor of Political Science Ken Mulligan told The U.S. Sun the “election is effectively tied; it’s closer than any presidential election in decades.”
However, he believes that Trump now has the “momentum and advantage.”
He believes that although presidential debates usually don’t have a huge impact on election results, this one could affect voter turnout, as Biden and Trump both are historically unpopular.
And while Trump is still “the most unpredictable candidate ever,'” Mulligan thinks that Thursday night’s debate could feature fewer personal attacks than past bouts.
“Trump is now a convicted felon,” he added.
“But I don’t see that as necessarily being a huge problem for him, because most Republicans think these charges were politically motivated.”
“No, it’s hard to debate a liar,” Biden said.
“You know at times tonight he made a lie 26 times.
“Big lies.”
During last night’s debate, many viewers pointed out their worries over the president’s low and husky voice.
A White House official revealed during the debate that the president had tested negative for Covid but positive for a cold this week, according to CBS News.
Many viewers blasted the president over his voice and cold on social media.
“It’s obvious that he has a cold yes. But perception is everything and it’s not just the cold. This is the worst possible display,” a Biden supporter posted on X.
One person even criticized the president for visiting the Waffle House diner after the political showdown.
“Man, it’s a SHAME Joe Biden is in a crowded @WaffleHouse giving his cold to everybody, huh???” an X user wrote in a post.
