VACAVILLE, CA — Lagoon Valley, the Bay Area’s first Conservation Community, has opened its first neighborhood, Lilac Ridge, for home sales. Built by Lennar, Lilac Ridge offers sustainably designed four- and five-bedroom homes ranging from 3,300 to 4,200 square feet, with two fully furnished models now available for tours.Located off Interstate Highway 80, Lagoon Valley provides easy access to major Bay Area and Sacramento job centers while prioritizing open space preservation and eco-friendly living.
