According to a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), seemingly from DiscussingFilm, Greta Gerwig, the director of Barbie, is set to helm a reboot of Fight Club. This proposed reboot is reported to feature an all-female cast in Fight Club, including Margot Robbie and Charlize Theron.
However, the official account of DiscussingFilm has never shared this post. Moreover, 20th Century Fox is now owned by Disney. They make movies under the 20th Century Studios banner and Fox technically no longer exists.

Furthermore, there is currently no official remake of Fight Club in the works, nor is there a sequel to the original 1999 film planned. In addition, both actors have several upcoming projects lined up (via The Direct).

Meanwhile, Greta Gerwig is working on the Chronicles of Narnia book series for Netflix. Plus, she’s teaming up with her husband, Noah Baumbach, on another film for Netflix that will star George Clooney and Adam Sandler.
