YORKTOWN, NY — A 39-year-old Croton-on-Hudson man driving on a suspended license wasn't exactly keeping a low profile, police said.On Wednesday, shortly after 2 p.m., a patrol officer in the near 202 and Route 132 saw a driver pass a red signal while using their cell phone, officials said. After a traffic stop, a DMV check showed that the driver was driving while his privilege to do so was suspended in New YorkThe driver was processed at the scene.
