Meet Levi, Barrington's first comfort dog
BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) — The Barrington Police Department’s newest four-legged recruit is ready to report for duty.
K-9 Levi, a 9-week-old English Labrador Retriever, was sworn in last week alongside his partner, Officer Michael Gregorzek.

He will engage with the community at schools, senior centers, libraries and more.
The pair is on call 24/7 to respond to any mental health crises and other situations where people may be in need of help.
Levi was gifted to the department by Boonefield Labradors, which provided K-9 Brody to Bristol police back in 2020.
