‘Live’ When Will Viewers See Kelly & Mark’s Fancy New Studio?

Fans recently saw Live with Kelly & Mark in a new setting. However, it was only temporary before Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos move into their more permanent studio. That said, fans were recently given a tease at what the new set will look like. In addition, it’s also been revealed when viewers will also get to see the show’s new home.
Fans Recently Saw Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos In A New, Yet Temporary, Setting
Live with Kelly and Mark has been around since 1983. However, it’s only obtained its more recent format with Mark Consuelos becoming an official co-host in 2023. Prior to this, his real-life spouse and former All My Children co-star Kelly Ripa joined the show in 2001.
For years, the show filmed in the Uppet West Side in New York. Recently, however, the show has seen a new setting, with the show switching to a downtown studio.

As Consuelos himself noted during a recent episode, “For decades, we’ve been broadcasting from the Upper West Side at 7 Lincoln Square. And today we are coming to you from our new home downtown! This is the great room within the Walt Disney company’s headquarters. I would say it’s state-of-the-art.”
As previously reported, fans grew concerned with the new setting, taking note of a distracting echo in the studio. However, during the episode, Ripa made sure to assure fans that the setting they were watching was only temporary.
In addition, Ripa noted that the building will “encompasses an entire city block,” and is 1.2 million square feet and 22 stories tall. The building is said to come with all sorts of amenities, from wellness rooms to outdoor terraces.
That said, while speaking with People, the couple noted that the move was still an emotional one. As they noted, the building had become part of their family over the years.
Consuelos noted, “Our kids grew up here. They’d come visit mom here a lot — they were always backstage, even when they were babies.”
A Time-Lapse Video Recently Gave Fans A Sneak Peak At Live With Kelly & Mark‘s New Home
For her part, Ripa noted, “They came to work with me every day until they went to school. They would go to All My Children with me, they would come here with me… we meant when we say they grew up in this building, in these four walls.”
As the publication noted, fans will get to see the more permanent studio on Monday, April 14, 2025. Fans were also teased over the new studio with a time-lapse video, in which construction and production workers help put everything together and add the final touches.
Sharing the video on Instagram, the caption shared, “We are so excited to share this sneak peek of our new studio!” Fans were also quick to share their reaction to the video. Some comments included:
“Super excited to see it in person on Monday. I got tickets for this Monday.”
“Wahoo!! Hope to see you later this year!”
“I thought where they were shooting this past week was the new studio and I really was not a fan so I’m glad to know that there’s actually a new new studio that will be the permanent place.”
