Shockingly, no one has come forth to claim the jackpot. Now, 180 days have passed, meaning the winning ticket is now expired. The cash option would have been $65.8 million.
Sales generated in Ohio that contributed to the jackpot go to the unclaimed prize fund which becomes part of lottery profit to help support education in Ohio, according to the Ohio Lottery. Ohio will retain approximately $1.9 million.
