Each year, the National Basketball Association presents several individual and team awards. The most relevant are the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, the Bill Russell Finals MVP award, and the Michael Jordan Award, formerly known as the Maurice Podoloff Award, for the best-performing player of the NBA regular season.
