Palmer loves to dance to stay in shape. She revealed in an interview with Ensemble Magazine that she dances all the time. "Yesterday. Today. Every damn day baby! I love to dance. Apparently, I even do a little happy dance when I'm eating something delicious. I'm currently learning Spanish, so I'm listening to a lot of música española – for practice."

Palmer also has amazing hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She went through her haircare routine with Stuff. "I use Joico Silver Shampoo and conditioner, and I swear by Eleven Sea Salt Spray. Dream product. My favourite salon is Ginger Meggs in Christchurch, they're lovely. I have balayaged hair, so I get the colour touched up every so often. To ensure the ends aren't too damaged, I also get a treatment when it's feeling dry."

Palmer has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. One of her secrets is using a toner. Palmer revealed her favorite in her Ensemble Magazine interview. "A Korean beauty toner. I'm really into K Beauty atm, and I'm making a lot of unnecessary online purchases. But their toners are the best! So nourishing. lol listen to me, I should be on commission."

Palmer makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. She revealed to Stuff that she has a lot of different tips for doing so. "I recently did a long haul flight to London and found the aircon really harsh. It dried my skin and lips – so I recommend a heavy duty moisturiser and some paw paw ointment. The lovely make up ladies at work are always introducing me to new products so I rarely feel the need to go shopping. Frankie Adams. She wears nothing but coconut oil and always looks absolutely incredible. She's beautiful inside and out."

She Wears Sunscreen
Palmer shared some of her favorite beauty products and tips in an interview with Stuff. She says that one of her biggest secrets is using an SPF, since she spends a lot of time outside. "I'm pretty good with sunscreen. My favourite is by Neutrogena and I always wear it on my face. However, I could be more sun smart when it comes to the rest of my body… I'm vitamin D's biggest fan."
