Crypto Prices Today July 4: Bears Takeover BTC & Top Cryptos, But WLD Price Gains
The crypto prices today have mainly taken a significant bearish direction, keeping traders and investors on edge. Bitcoin’s (BTC) price stooped as low as the $58K mark in the past 24 hours, while top altcoins Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and XRP mirrored this downtrend.
The global crypto market cap plunged by 3.94% to rest at $2.18 trillion today. However, the total crypto market volume saw a substantial 59.38% increase in value to $85.75 billion.
So, let’s take a look at some of the top cryptocurrencies and their price action for today, July 4.
Top Crypto Prices Today
Bitcoin Price
BTC price experienced a 3.03% dip in the past 24 hours to trade at $59,064.44. The token’s 24-hour lows and tops were $58,067.63 and $61,079.38, respectively.
Bitcoin’s dominance over the past day saw a 0.28% increase to 53.43%, underscoring an altcoin market fading movement. Simultaneously, BTC’s market cap rested at $1.16 trillion.
It’s worth mentioning that the German govt once again dumped a colossal amount of Bitcoin, stirring speculations over price movements. Also, Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of $20.45 million, as per July 3 data.
Ethereum Price
The ETH price slipped 3.44% over the past day and is now resting at $3,240.11. The crypto’s 24-hour bottoms and tops were $3,182.73 and $3,366.48, respectively.
Solana Price
Meanwhile, the crypto SOL saw an 8.31% dip in value to $136.67. Its 24-hour lows and highs were $134.05 and $149.33, respectively.
XRP Price
Similarly, the XRP price dipped 4.33% to trade at $0.4588. Its 24-hour lows and tops were recorded to be $0.4527 and $0.4842, respectively.
Despite Ripple strengthening its case with a notice of Supplemental Authority, XRP is yet to see a significant upside momentum.
DOGE & SHIB Prices
Dogecoin (DOGE) price saw a pullback, falling 5,40% to $0.1153. Shiba Inu (SHIB) followed, dropping 5.82% to $0.00001594.
Simultaneously, Pepe coin showed signs of a correction over the past day and is trading at $0.000009744.

Top Crypto Gainers Today
Worldcoin (WLD) price soared 6.03% to $2.32.
Bittensor (TAO) price gained 1.83% to $234.98.
Top Crypto Losers Today
Akash Network (AKT) price corrected 12.26% to $3.28.
Conflux (CFX) price followed, dipping 11.81% to $0.1498.
Fantom (FTM) price tumbled 11.19% to $0.4933.
Beam (BEAM) price fell 10.88% to $0.01587.
Besides, hourly time frame charts for BTC and ETH illustrated a continued movement in the bearish territory. However, SOL and XRP traded in the green during the same duration.
