Tennessee releases depth chart for season opener, lists 35 ‘or’ designations
The Volunteers are officially back in action. On Monday, Tennessee football released its first depth chart of the 2024 campaign.
The team will kick off its highly-anticipated season on Saturday against the Chattanooga Mocs at 12:45 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel evidently didn’t believe it was necessary to nail down a true starter for each position. The depth chart includes 35 “or” designations, signifying the lack of lone ownership on a position.
