Power Outage In South Temecula Affects 2,800 Residents, Stalls Traffic

TEMECULA, CA — A Southern California Edison power outage "locked out" 2,800 Temecula residents Tuesday afternoon, and SCE workers were determining the root of the problem, Patch was told.At 3:15 p.m., SoCal Edison was "locked out" of two lines from the Pechanga substation, according to a spokesperson. The power utility had returned power to many, including Walmart, Kohl's, and many Redhawk homes roughly two hours later.
