Windham Man Indicted On Vehicle Theft Charges: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.Wayne Joseph Cameron, 58, of Palm Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2021 Cadillac in Londonderry on Sept. 30, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, Cameron has been convicted on theft in Hampton District Court in January 1992 and armed robbery in May 2001 in Essex MA Superior Court. David W. Capp Sr., 56, of Scots Place in Londonderry, on felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge in Salem on April 9, 2024. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams.Benjamin Edward Carton, 37, of Harriman Road in Raymond, on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-a 9 mm handgun on June 23, 2024, in Raymond.Julio Federico Castillo, 20, of Lynch Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges, THC and marijuana, both felonies, on March 31, 2024, in Londonderry.Colby Chabot, 31, of Danville Road in Fremont, on a felony accomplice-burglary charge. Aided by Steven Burleigh, Chabot drove them away the West Village Market on Pleasant Street in Epping after a burglary on Nov. 26, 2024, according to an indictment.James Brentley Childs, 45, of Taft Road in Portsmouth, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of apply pressure to an intimate partner’s neck or throat and-or her mouth, impeding her breathing, on Dec. 25, 2022, in Portsmouth.Editor's note: This post was derived from information supplied by the Rockingham County Superior Court and does not indicate a conviction. He was accused of strangling and assaulting an intimate partner on Aug. 8, 2024, in Auburn. Jose Luis Hernandez, 54, of Broadway Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Marshalls in Salem on Oct. 19, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hernandez was convicted on theft charges.Carrie A. Honaker, 57, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, on a felony count of stalking-subsequent and a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was accused of yelling at a protected party outside their home on Feb. 22, 2024, in Portsmouth, after being convicted of stalking in October 2022.Steven Brian Howard, 38, of Windham, on theft by unauthorized taking and attempted-theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining a 2021 Ford Bronco owned by another person and entering a 2018 Jeep Wrangler without permission on Sept. 15, 2024, in Windham.Scott A. Lamarco Jr., 36, of Second Street in Rollinsford, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was arrested of stealing more than $1,500 tools from Home Depot on March 20, 2023, in Portsmouth. Ian R. Levasseur, 35, of Hedding Road in Epping, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge.
